What we do not do with this information – We do not give, sell or rent any of your personal information to any third party under any circumstances. The only other company we share your information with is KeyBank, our payment provider so that your credit/debit card transaction can be completed. We do not send unsolicited commercial email (“spam”) to your email address.

Credit/Debit Card Information – When you make a purchase from our online store, you are redirected to our secure online payment provider, KeyBank. You will be asked for your credit/debit card information in order to complete the transaction. The information that KeyBank asks for is:
- Your card number
- Your card security code (printed on the back of some cards)
- Your card expiration date
- The name printed on your card
- Your Credit Card’s Billing Address
This information is collected securely using encryption between your Web browser and KeyBank’s secure server. We never see your detailed credit card information that is submitted on-line, other than the cardholder name. KeyBank does not supply us with this information.
Cookies and IP Address – The www.gosalt.com web site does not use cookies or store your IP address.

Return Policy
Customers will be provided a deduction on their invoice in the case of damaged merchandise. Miss-shipped products will be replaced at no charge to the customer. Customer returns will not be accepted without prior approval by the Schoenberg Salt Co., Inc.
